  • Song Meadows Alpacas

    Come along for an interesting field trip to Song Meadows Alpaca Farm. Meet the Cuykendall family and their growing herd of alpacas including three sweet crias (babies)!

  • Apiary (honeybee farm)

    Come along to Draper's Apiary to learn about bees, honey, and other bee products. This field trip includes all sorts of fascinating information and facts about bees, including their habits, how they communicate, how honey is gathered, and some little-known facts about how bees were first brought to North America back in the 1600's!

  • Old-fashioned cider press

    This video field trip shows how an antique cider press is used. Everyone loves fresh apple cider, and this interesting field trip will show you how this time-honored treat is made!

  • Maple Syrup

    You've heard that maple syrup comes from maple trees - and this field trip shows the entire process! From the maple grove to the sugar shack, you'll get to see how the sap is gathered, boiled, and at last transformed into the delicious maple syrup we all enjoy!

  • Spangler Candy Company

    Did you ever wonder what it's like to see 150 pounds of goop get turned into lollipops? Have you ever seen the stripes get put onto a candy cane? Have you ever thought about the equipment necessary to handle the mass volume of a large candy factory? Learn all this and more as we visit the Spangler Candy Company!
